The races are made to order for both the
jogger and the serious contender. and there’s nothing on
the course to get spooked about. The scenic USATF certified course
loops north through the park and returns south along the lakefront

Why not dig up the whole family and cart
them along. The Addams Family 5K Walk is a great way to get the
heart pounding and to shake off a few of those Sunday morning
cobwebs. The walk takes place on the same course as the 5K Run.
Designed for youngsters aged 2 to 12, this
is a great opportunity to release a bit of your child’s
inner beast. The Monster Mash Dash takes place on the park
