Sampling Opportunities |

General
sampling includes [view 2008 price list]:
• Table for the display & sampling of product
• Opportunity to provide logoed tablecloth and/or banner for display
at sampling site
• Volunteers to distribute product samples
Indoor Expo Booth includes:
• Pole & drape, 6’ draped Table, (2) chairs, waste basket
& booth sign
Event tent includes:
• 10’x10’ tent (or space for your company’s branded
tent), (2) 6’ tables, (2) chairs &
and (2) pails with liners
• Opportunity to display logoed table cloth(s) and (2) banners
at sampling site
• 20% discount on opportunity to provide inserts for Event goody
bags
Your Company Provides
• Staff for your booth or tent (note: General Sampling Area does
not require staffing)
• Product for sampling and delivery of your product to the Event
site
• All materials necessary to serve your product (spoons, napkins,
cups, plates, etc.)
• Collateral or premiums for distribution at your booth or tent
if desired
Additional Costs
• Ice and/or refrigeration for product
• Generator/Electricity
• Staffing: If your company requires staffing assistance, hourly
help is available
• Storage: If you cannot deliver NON-PERISHABLE product to the
Event site, certain products
may be shipped to our warehouse and will be subject to storage and transportation
charges.
